Southwest/Sprint team for hard of hearing --- STINKS!
I wear hearing aids in both ears and have for over 25 years so I wanted to find out more about this because I conduct free seminars for the hard of hearing that is an educational seminar and teachs how to better communicate with the hard of hearing and how they can better communiate with you. In that regard I went to your customer service site and spent a couple of hours composing an email only to find out it couldn't be sent; so I called the number indicated and the volume was so low I couldn't hear/understand the individuyal with the heavy Latin accent.
