All my goods lost?
My household goods were picked up 20 days ago with a verbal promise that it will only take between 5 and 15 days to receive my goods. Numerous times I have called and have always been told that I would receive a call shortly, only once (3 days later) did I receive a call, the lady gave me the Number od a driver that was to deliver my goods, and that he would call me shortly to confirm delivery date, the next day I called him andhe told me that he just was going to Texas, he did give me another Number that I called and that driver never returned my call. Today I called once again and was told that she would call me back shortly, that was over 2 hours ago. Seems like this company does not care about their customers, Bad part is I paid in advance!

Never use this company. My finance loss was $5000!! The worst damage was my Audi. Also, piano(leg broken), desk (big vent), ping pong table (never stands up again) and more. The worst experience is their lie. I wanted a guranteed delivery to get shipped in three days. I contracted with what they call "executive delivery". It means that they would use their own truck and drivers that would take my furniture and car straight from Dalls to Denver just for myself. That dedicated service was a premium i paid for. I was stupid that I did not get a written confirmation about it because they rent Penske trailor and truck for me. As they are inexperienced, it caused the collisions of my car against truck while pulling. Also, they changed truck couple of times (I guess they took with one of their big truck and at a mid point, they changed to a Penske rental truck according to their car accident report i got). THis is a lie, and caused collisions and damages to my furniture. Also, they are late in two days. In the past two months, i tried to reach them, but they seldom answer my phone. They never update how their insurance covers and tries to keep away saying this is Penske rental gear's problem. I have almost nothing i can do remotely.... I talked to my friend, and he said "what a terrible naming the company is. It sounds like they would make troubles..." Yes, my decision was not right...

They first put my furniture in a big, shared truck, and delivered to a mid point (according to accident report they sent to me), and reloaded to a rental Penske trailor and truck. Because they had to reload, i guess they broke my firniture at that time. Besides, they were inexperneced in setting up Penske's trailor, and caused that trailor became apart from truck, and my car crushed.... ... Anyway, it was two days late though it was guranteed shipment. It came with broken car and furniture. Moreover, in the past two months, i tried to reach them, but they seldom answer my phone.
